Rape raps
Airman First Class Marlo Bocog is facing charges of rape at the Lapu-Lapu City Prosecutor’s Office after parents of a minor filed a rape case against Bocog.
Bocog, who’s based at the Benito Ebuen Airbase, was accused of raping a 15-year-old girl whom he allegedly abducted. The parents had been looking for the girl since October 30. Police found them near the Bocog’s house in Sudtungan in Nov. 1.
Bocog, however, denied the allegations against him. He claimed that the girl decided to live with him. But the girl denied Bocog’s claims and said the Air Force man forced and threatened her./Correspondent Norman Mendoza
