Amerol tops Cheda tune-up tilt

JOMAR Pastorfide Amerol topped last Friday’s weekly tune-up tournament of the Cebu City Hall Employee Darts Association (CHEDA)  at the Baseline Sports and Recreation Center.

Amerol won over Caloy Narita, who claimed second-place honors.  Alvin Villa and Steve Montenegro settled for third and fourth, respectively.

The weekly tournament organized by CHEDA headed by president Bert Colong Jr. aims to enhance the marksmanship of Cebuano darters for the Darterong Pinoy 2013, a national darts tournament  that pits the best of the country.

In the classified doubles, Jerome Perales and Reyden Colina emerged on top while Villa and Amerol finished second. Alan Veloso and Intoy Delfin placed third while Colonel Alvin Piad and Jonathan Rubi wound up fourth.

CHEDA bets will next compete in the annual Cebu City Hall Inter-Department Darts tournament  next month. /CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
