THE Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) is seeking the assistance of the public in locating the parents and relatives of the abandoned children.

John Kevin Tolentino, born on April 22, 2012 to Mylene Tolentino, was brought to Reception and Study Center for Children on July 27 by Mylene and the Bonita Home for Girls staff. Mylene, however, did not show up until now to claim her child back.

A newly born baby girl was found around 5 a.m. last Oct. 1 by Roylan Sayson in Dr. Vista’s residence in Poblacion, Liloan, northern Cebu.
