THE MUCH-AWAITED winner-take-all match between the Letran Knights and the three-peat seeking San Beda Red Lions in the 88th NCAA men’s basketball Finals was moved from Thursday to Friday at at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
The move was made in the wake of a scheduling conflict at the Big Dome, thus giving both squads an extra day to prepare for the battle.
The final game for the championship series between the two age-old rivals was originally set for Thursday. However, the Smart-Araneta Coliseum was already booked for another sporting event, thus the need for the move.
