MANILA, Philippines – A suspected thief is killed and three others are in the custody of Manila police following an encounter Thursday in Manila, according to a report on Radyo Inquirer.
The report said the shooting happened between Ocampo and Adriatico Streets near the Vietnam Embassy.
The suspects have not been identified but the three wounded were rushed to the Ospital ng Maynila, the report said.
