1,000 participants vie in Pink October Run

Around a thousand runners troop to the Ayala Center Cebu’s The Terraces for the Pink October Run of the Philippine College of Surgeons Cebu Chapter.

The annual foot race is held in line with the celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The run is organized by  Dr. Stephen Bullo and running patron Dr. Peter Mancao.

After the race, a forum will also be held regarding breast cancer awareness. The race will have 3-kilometer, 5k and 10k distances.   CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
