MANILA, Philippines—The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Friday released a resolution “giving due course” to the certificates of candidacy (CoCs) of 27 senatorial candidates for the May 2013 polls.
In a 16-page resolution, the Comelec said that it had “resolved to approve with modifications” the recommendations to give due course to the CoCs for the following senatorial candidates:
