MANILA, Philippines—The United Transport Koalisyon (1Utak) partylist now has a replacement for Representative Homer Mercado, who has earlier left the said group for another partylist.
Federation of Jeepney Operators and Drivers Association of the Philippines (Fejodap) president Zenaida de Castro took her oath Monday night before Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. and now represents 1Utak.
Mercado has earlier left behind his old partylist to lead the Joint Alliance of the Marginalized (1Jam).
