Capt. Raul Villegas, spokesperson of the Army’s 10th Infantry Division, said Ruperto Cadungog, alias Toper, was inside his house in Sitio Fairview in Barangay Central when several men barged in at around 7:45 p.m.

Villegas said the suspected New People’s Army hitmen rained bullets on Cadungog as his family watched then fled the scene.
