“This is the only country I have. I am a person of principle and I firmly believe in the rule of law. People come to courtrooms and the first thing that they think about is whether their judge will be fair and impartial. It’s about time that we show them the impartiality not from party platforms and politically-grounded promises. We have to ensure that the most qualified people serve on the court, people with
integrity and the skills and credentials necessary to do the hardwork that comes with serving the Filipino people.” Bisquera said.
He said this race is very important because of the President Aquino’s strong stand to promote nonpartisanship, impartiality and good governance.
As servant of the Filipino people, Bisquera maintained that the Filipinos should be looked upon as the real boss.
“Tama po ang Presidente nuong sinabi niya ang mga Pilipino ang tunay niyang Boss. Court people should always remember that they serve the people and must be accountable to them. We have to listen to the
facts and the law should govern us regardless of one status in life. Mahirap man po o Mayaman. Pantay pantay sa mata ng batas at sa katarungan.”
