5.4 quake shakes Zamboanga del Norte

MANILA, Philippines — A 5.4 magnitude earthquake struck Zamboanga del Norte Tuesday afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
The quake was recorded at 2:25 p.m. 10 kilometers southeast of Sergio Osmena Sr., with a depth of 10 kilometers.

The quake was felt at Intensity III in Zamboanga City.
Aftershocks were expected from the quake while no immediate damages were recorded.
