Binigay is a native of Sagay City in Negros Occidental.

Pagdilao was in Cebu yesterday to administer the oath of more than 100 members of Community Investigative Support (CIS) at barangay Looc gymnasium in  Mandaue City.

Before the oath-taking, Pagdilao led his men in the distribution of slippers to the pupils of Looc Elementary School.

The police official also led a feeding program.

Pagdilao debunked speculations that the creation of the CIS, which has 30,000 members nationwide, is meant to form a party-list group.

Later in the day, Pante led a gun safety seminar for police reporters in a firing range in Mandaue City./CORRESPONDENT CHITO O. ARAGON
