TEAM Chanieka escaped Rich Catsup men’s team in the inaugural Tañada Bowling Tourmament last weekend at the SM City Cebu Bowling Center.
Chanieka finished with 2,863 pinfalls while Rich Catsup finished with 2,845 after five games.
Despite losing, Rich Catsup scored the highest team scratch points with 622 in the third game.
The Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (CETBA) finished third with 2,788 pinfalls followed by Roedils Enterprises with 2,741. Las Mujeres rounded off the top five teams with 2,736.
San Remegio Beach Club settled for sixth with 2,725 followed by Oriental Port and Allied Services Corporation (OPASCOR) with 2,719. Jbd Trading placed eighth with 2695, Knights at ninth with 2,690 and the Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) at 10th with 2,683 pinfalls.
