Mandaue City College to hold seminar on heritage and cultural tourism

THE students in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management of the Mandaue City College will hold a seminar on “Heritage and cultural tourism: Its benefits to the hospitality industry” on Sept. 28 at 7 a.m. to 12 noon at the Castle Peak Hotel in Mabolo, Cebu City.

The resource speakers are Southwestern University Hospitality Management department chair Dr. Israel Abarratigue, Mandaue City Tourism officer Louella Cabañero and University of San Carlos Culinary Arts head Dr. Myrla Gidayawan.

The seminar is open to all students taking Hotel and Restaurant Management and Tourism Management courses.
