LAGTANG National High School and Mojon National High School dominated the men’s volleyball and basketball competitions, respectively, in last Sunday’s Talisay Sports Development Program at the Talisay City Sports Complex.
Joining the winners is the Jaclupan National High School girls volleyball team, who lorded the volleyball competition in the distaff side.
Lagtang NHS won over Cansojong NHS in the finals while Jaclupan fnished off third in men’s basketball competition.
Mohon NHS routed Talisay City National High School in the finals while the Asian College of Technology (ACT) rounded off the top three teams in the boys volleyball competition.
Sisters of Mary School bowed to Jaclupan NHS in the championship round of the volleyball girls competition while Saint Scholastica’s Academy placed third.
The Talisay City Sports Development Program will serve as a proving ground and scouting for the city’s lineup for regional multi-sporting events like the Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association (CVIRAA).
