Quezon Ave Lung Center; 8 inches, Burgos Lopez; 8 inches, EDSA cor North Ave; 1 lane passable as pf 9:40 PM.

EDSA Quezon Ave service road, both direction; not passable to light vehicles as of 9:40 PM.

Quezon Ave Biak Na Bato; not passable to light vehicles as of 9:35 PM.

D. Tuazon Quezon Ave; 20 inches as of 9:30 PM.

As of 9:30 PM, Talayan Creek/ Maria Clara Araneta; near spilling level.

Retiro-Banawe & Quezon Ave-Banawe. Not passable to all types of vehicles as of 9:20 PM.
