USC-North Campus inducts PTA officers

The University of San Carlos-North Campus held its joint grade school and high school parent-teacher associations (PTAs) turnover ceremonies and induction of officers for school year 2012-2013 last Aug. 18.

The affair was held at the campus chapel during the Holy Mass presided by Fr. Felino Javines Jr., SVD, and concelebrated by Fr. Melchor Cagape, SVD.

Fr. Cagape also inducted the PTA officers into office.

The new officers for elementary are Roy Minoza, president; Raymund Patalinghug, vice president; Dr. Darwin Goron, secretary; Bien Marie Del Castillo, assistant secretary; Joaniza Hortelano, treasurer; Fredeswinda Chan, assistant treasurer; Michael Relativo, auditor; and engineer Victor Acenas and Henry Dela Raya, information officers

For high school, the new officers are Nympha Mabugat, president; Raul Ybañez, vice president; Joaniza Hortelano, secretary; Bien Marie del Castillo, assistant secretary; Lea Alipio, treasurer; Rosemarie Patalinghug, assistant treasurer; Joseph Moring, auditor; and Jorge Dicdiquin and Abner Lagdameo, information officers.

After the formal induction and turn-over ceremonies, special presentations from the school’s songbirds and folk dance champions were rendered.
