Ombudsman orders filing of graft charges vs Lintang Bedol
MANILA, Philippines – The Office of the Ombudsman has ordered the filing of a graft case against former Maguindanao election supervisor Lintang Bedol for alleged irregularities committed during the May 2007 polls.
Deputy Ombudsman for Mindanao Humphrey Monteroso said Bedol allegedly violated the anti-graft law.
The case will be filed before the Cotabato City regional trial court, said Monteroso.
