MANILA, Philippines – Moderate to heavy rains were seen in parts of Mindanao due to an active low pressure area, the state weather bureau said Monday.
The ALPA will bring moderate to heavy rains and thunderstorms particularly in Lanao del Norte, Agusan, Surigao, Davao and Misamis, which may trigger flashfloods and landslides, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
