DEFENDING champion Stream Ingenyouity, the Sykes Pioneers and the Aegis Vipers hacked out separate wins to complete the Final Four cast in the 2012 Sun Cellular E-League for Basketball at the City Sports Club-Cebu Gym.
Stream nosed out the Convergys Wolves, 61-59, the Pioneers shackled the Odusee Rooz, 63-56, while the Vipers routed the Eperformax Reds, 67-48.
The three winning teams, thus, advanced to the best-of-three conference finals with Stream taking on Aegis for the northern conference title and Sykes taking on the Teletech Titans for the southern conference crown.
Conference champions will then face off for the overall crown in a race-to-two series.
John Louie Arriesgado and Steve Warren Navaja paced Aegis with 11 points each, while Frederick Paul Tudalasan added 10. Sykes and Aegis wrapped up their respective series, 2-0.
Stream, meanwhile, was led by reigning Sylvester Millevo, who bounced back from an awful Game 2 performance by erupting for 22 points./EDITORIAL ASSISTANT CALVIN D. CORDOVA
