LPA dissipates off Southern Luzon

MANILA, Philippines—The low pressure area monitored off Southern Luzon has dissipated, the state weather bureau said Wednesday.

However, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Serviced Administration said light to moderate rains are still expected in Northern and Central Luzon including Palawan and Metro Manila.
