230 out of 703 pass veterinarian licensure exam

MANILA, Philippines—The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday that 230 out of 703 passed the veterinarian licensure examination given by the Board of Veterinary Medicine in the cities of Manila and Cagayan de Oro this August 2012.

The members of the Board of Veterinary Medicine are Dr. Lina S. Policarpio, chairman; Dr. Tomas M. Acorda and Dr. Ma. Elizabeth D. Callanta, members.

The top performing school in the August 2012 Veterinarian Licensure Examination as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010 is the University of the Philippines-Los Baños with 84.48 percent.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places are the following:
