Carabuena was caught on video on August 11 while mauling MMDA traffic aide Saturnino Fabros. The 27 second video clip showing Carabuena berating and slapping an unresisting Fabros had become viral.
Fabros has filed a criminal case against Carabuena, who may also lose his driver’s license pending results of an investigation by the Land Transportation Office on the incident.
