Metafit camp slated Sept. 3-6

A TOTAL of 50 participants will join Coach A’s Metafit Metabolic Fitness Camp this Sept. 3 to 6 at the Persimmon Plus in Mabolo Cebu City and Parkmall in Mandaue City.

A new set of fitness program will be prepared by fitness and athletic training expert Jim Saret for the camp. This event is part of the Fitfil movement initiated by Saret this year. It aims to make a million Filipino fit and healthy.

The Cebu camp is being headed by Cebuano Alan Choachuy.
