Angry fight in councilor’s home

Police arrested a man who allegedly tried to attack a  barangay councilor in his home in Basak, Mandaue City, on Sunday.

Nilo Rasma, 53,  was picked up after he figured in an argument with the mother of barangay councilor Michael FLores, 32.

Flores came home to find his mother in a heated argument with Rasma, his neighbor.

Flores asked the neighbor to clam down and eluded his blows before calling the police.

Rasma tried to run away but was stopped by  responding police of Basak police station.
