WORKER FOUND DEAD
A 58-YEAR-OLD man was found dead inside the bunkhouse of his workplace yesterday at Subangdaku, Mandaue City.
Primitivo Salvacion, a driver of South Glass and Aluminum, was found lifeless by his nephew.
Salvacion had a drinking session with co-workers last Saturday.
P03 Dante Wenceslao said Salvacion died around 6 p.m.

MAN SHOT, INJURED
A 36-YEAR-OLD man was shot and wounded yesterday by a motorcycle-riding man in Basak, Lapu Lapu City.
Justine Ouano was driving home on his motorbike when the attack occurred.
PO3 Allan Pantaleon said the suspect was identified as as a certain “Eden” from barangay Lahug, Cebu City.
A personal grudge could be the motive of the crime, said police.

DUMAJUG DROWNING
A 19-YEAR-OLD youth drowned in the sea off barangay Tangil, Dumanjug town, southwest Cebu, last Sunday.
Henry Garbahusa Cunot was rushed to the municipal health center where he was declared dead by the attending physician.
Police said Cunot and some of his friends swam to mangroves in the area. The victim was nowhere to be found by his friends when they reached their destination. Cunot’s body was found floating an hour later./GABRIEL C. BONJOC
