Fire hits creek that separates Pasay, Makati

MANILA, Philippines—A fire of a still unknown origin hits a neighborhood along the creek that separates the cities of Pasay and Makati on Wednesday morning.

The huge fire started at 10:13 a.m. at the corner of Gil Puyat Avenue and Tramo Street in Pasay City, SFO1 Winston Santos of the Pasay’s Bureau of Fire Protection, said.

The fire, which has reached fifth alarm, is still ongoing as of this writing, causing traffic jam along the roads that lead to the fire scene.
