Man gunned down in Cebu City
AN UNIDENTIFIED man was shot dead in barangay San Roque, Cebu City.
Police said the man believed to be in his late 30’s was found slumped on the ground in Arellano Street past 3 a.m. yesterday.
Police said residents in the area heard bursts of gunfire before the man was found.

The man was clad in a gray sleeveless shirt and black denim short pants.
