MANILA, Philippines – More parts from the ill-fated Piper Seneca plane that crashed in the waters off Masbate Saturday afternoon were recovered Sunday , officials said.
Transportation Secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas posted on his Twitter a picture of debris, which he said appeared to be parts of the right wing of the plane.
“Debris – appears to be (the) right wing. Numbers are part of aircraft designation RPC-4431,” Roxas said.
In an interview over Radyo Inquirer 990Am, National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council executive director Benito Ramos said the fuel tank of the plane was also recovered Saturday night.
Interior Secretary Jesse Robrero and the two pilots of the plane, however, remained missing.
