THE executive committee of the Ten Outstanding Cebuano Award (TOCA) program of dyDD Bantay Radyo’s “Tingog sa Lungsod” through executive director Engr. Greg S. Senining announced this year’s recipients of outstanding Cebuano award.
They are Gavino “Borgy” M. Abejo Jr. in the field of contracting, Councilor Rodrigo “Bebot” Abellanosa in the field of education, Junard “Ahong” Q. Chan in the field of management, Erik Miguel R. Espina in the field of journalism; Councilor Edgardo Labella in the field of public service, Loreto G. Maratas in the field of community service, Capt. Pompie J. Mondejar in the field of shipping services, Glenn Anthony Soco in the field of entrepreneurship, Engr. Vicente B. Vosotros in the field of engineering and Engr.
Grecilda “Gigi” Sanchez-Zaballero in the field of engineering invention.
Now on its 12th year, TOCA award aims to honor outstanding Cebuanos for their contributions in the community and in national building.
The awarding ceremony will be the highlight of dyDD’s “Tingog sa Lungsod Program” 30th anniversary celebration on Saturday, Aug. 18 at Sacred Heart Center.
