More job opportunities for Cebuano seafarers
THE OSM Maritime Services Inc. has inaugurated its satellite office in Cebu last Aug. 3.
The OSM Cebu office at the Century Plaza Commercial Complex on Juana Osmeña Street, Cebu City will add to the existing agencies in Cebu that offer shipboard employment to Cebuano seafarers.
OSM is a Norwegian-based shipping company with various offices indifferent major cities around the world. The inauguration started with a motorcade around Cebu City at 8 a.m., followed by the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Century complex.
Among those invited to grace the occasion were Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama, Philippine Overseas Employment Administration Regional Director Evelia Durato, University of Cebu president Atty. Augusto Go and OSM Maritime Services president Adonis Donato.
