OUANO POSTS BAIL
FORMER Opao barangay captain Joy Ouano posted P368,000 bail on eight counts of estafa.
Ouano, sister of Provincial Board Member Thadeo Ouano and a former president of the Association of Barangay Council (ABC) in Mandaue City, posted bail on Wednesday, a day after Regional Trial Court Judge Gilbert Moises issued four arrest warrants against her.

A MAN died after he fell off a tree in barangay Perrelos, Carcar City, southern Cebu.
Rosaro Laroya, 39, was cutting tree branches when he accidentally fell from a height of 40 feet last Wednesday. Neighbors rushed him to the city’s hospital where he was declared dead. GABRIEL C. BONJOC
