Number coding scheme lifted in Metro Manila including Makati—MMDA

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announced Tuesday that the number coding scheme has been lifted in Metro Manila including Makati City.

Earlier announcement excluded Makati in the lifting of the number coding scheme.

Meanwhile, floods were monitored in the following Metro Manila areas:

* C5 Libis Bypass Road going to RiverBanks, as of 6:47 a.m., not passable to all types of vehicles;

Radio reports also said that the Tullahan River has overflowed, rendering the portion of McArthur Highway near the river impassable to all types of vehicles.
