Wanted Reyes sneaks out of PH using different name – sources

MANILA, Philippines–Former Palawan Governor Joel Reyes has managed to sneak out of the country using a different name.

Reyes has a pending warrant of arrest for his alleged involvement in the death of broadcaster Gerry Ortega.

Sources said Reyes sneaked out of the country last March 18 on Cebu Pacific Flight 5J751 bound for Vietnam. He allegedly used a passport with the name Joseph Lim Pe. The passport was issued only last February 3, 2012.

Immigration Spokesperson Maria Antonette Mangrobang said they are still verifying the information.
