The Quezon City Police District posted the highest number of crimes during the first quarter of the year among police districts under the National Capital Region Police Office with 2,217 cases or an average monthly crime rate of 32. According to police data, around 40 percent of the crimes in the district were classified as “solved” during the said period. Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
