PMAP tackles branding in meet

THE People’s Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) celebrated its 518th anniversary with a forum entitled “Branding through people: Building your walking billboard” over the weekend.

The forum attended by 30 personnel managers in Cebu sought to develop hiring strategies for potential employees and enhance personnel morale building.

Jacquelyn S. Barrios, vice president for for the Human Resource Department of Aegis Philippines said HR offices remain a crucial engine for the company’s marketing and communications programs.

Barrios cited Aegis Philippines’ experience in promoting employee and corporate branding by ensuring that their personnel’s careers go place.
