Floods hit Bulacan villages

MANILA, Philippines – Several villages in Bulacan were under water due to tropical storm “Gener,” Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported on Monday.

Those flooded were barangays (villages) Nagbalon, Ibayo, Lias, Poblacion Uno in Marilao; Obando, and barangays Mandile and Bagong Silang in San Miguel.

In Obando, all roads under water were not passable to all light vehicles while in Marilao, only heavy vehicles can pass through barangays Lias and Ibayo.
