Enriquez and prosecution lawyer Alfredo Sipalay attended the court’s ocular inspection of Ecleo’s residence at Forest Hills Subdivision in Guadalupe, Cebu City.

Defense lawyer Orlando Salatandre was also present.

Ecleo was represented by his sister Gwendolyn, mayor of Dinagat Island, Surigao del Norte province.

The victim’s brother Josebil described the house when his sister Alona was killed.

Josebil said he heard a thud and his sister pleading for help in the evening of Jan. 5, 2002.
