JBC resumes interviews of candidates for Chief Justice

MANILA, Philippines — The Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) on Wednesday continued its interview of candidates for the next Chief Justice.

Lined up are Supreme Court Associate Justice Roberto Abad, lawyer Rafael Morales and former University of the Philippines law dean Raul Pangalangan for the morning session.

To be interviewed in the afternoon are Supreme Court Associate Justice Arturo Brion, Comelec Commissioner Rene Sarmiento and lawyer Manuel Siayngco Jr.
