Daet police chief Supt. Allan Ramos said two of the suspects forced the cashier to open the cash drawer and safety vault of the store located in Governor Panotes Avenue in Barangay VII and took the store’s three-day collections. A third suspect kept the other store employees at bay.

FEATURED STORIES

Police were now looking for four suspects as the robbery caught by a closed-circuit television installed at the store also showed a fourth suspect who acted as lookout.

Senior Supt. Jose Capinpin, officer in charge of the provincial police, said the suspects were believed to be members of a robbery ring operating in Quezon and Bicol, some of whom might even have standing warrants of arrest. Jonas Soltes, Inquirer Southern Luzon
