MANILA, Philippines—Fire stuck a commercial building near the Betty Go-Belmonte station of the Light Rail Transit in Quezon City, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority reported Saturday.
The blaze has reached third alarm, the MMDA said on Twitter.
