Albay bridge to open Friday after 15-year construction delay

MANILA, Philippines — The Kilicao-Binitayan bridge in Daraga, Albay will be open to the public on Friday, October 30, after its construction was stalled for 15 years, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said on Monday.
The DPWH made this announcement as DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon once again inspected the bridge on Monday, together with Albay Governor Noel Rosal and Albay 2nd District Rep. Carlos Loria.
