Classes suspended in metro, nearby provinces in Luzon

MANILA, Philippines— Heavy rains brought by combined effects of tropical depression Ferdie and southwest monsoon prompted cancellation of classes in several parts of Metro Manila and nearby provinces in Luzon on Saturday, according to a report by Radyo Inquirer 990 AM. Here is the updated list:

Makati City—Primary, Secondary and Tertiary level

Cainta, Rizal—All classes

Marikina City — All classes as per Mayor Del de Guzman

Loyola Schools – from 10 am onwards
