MANILA, Philippines — Classes on Saturday, Aug. 29, were suspended due to inclement weather brought by the southwest monsoon, or habagat.

The areas with class suspensions are as follows:

Metro Manila

• Manila City – no face-to-face classes; shift to alternative delivery mode; private and public
• Caloocan City – no face-to-face classes; shift to alternative delivery mode; private and public
• Valenzuela City – no face-to-face classes; all levels; private and public
• Navotas City – no face-to-face classes; shift to alternative delivery mode; private and public
• Marikina City – no face-to-face classes; all levels; private and public

Bulacan

• Norzagaray – no face-to-face classes; all levels; private and public

Pangasinan

• Dagupan City – no face-to-face classes; all levels; private and public
