Water service interruptions set in NCR, Rizal from Aug. 17 to 21
MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Metro Manila and Greater Manila are scheduled to face water interruptions next week through August 21 due to maintenance activities.
In an advisory, Maynilad Water Services, Inc. said the maintenance activities are being carried out to keep the water distribution system “safe, reliable and in good condition.”

Maynilad advised affected customers to store enough water ahead of the scheduled interruptions.
Meanwhile, Manila Water announced that it will also conduct maintenance and repair activities around the same time to “restore normal water supply faster and to minimize water losses.”
Below are the areas that will face water interruptions, according to Maynilad:
Caloocan
August 17 to 18 – 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. – Barangay 176
Manila
August 18 to 19 – 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. – Barangays 395, 528, 530, 531, 536 to 538, 540 and 541
August 18 to 19 – 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. – Barangays 67, 74, 79 to 83, 85, 93 to 112, 116 to 119 and 122
Quezon City
August 17 to 18 – 10 p.m. to 6 a.m – Barangay Bahay Toro
August 18 to 19 – 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. – Barangay Talipapa
August 19 to 20 – 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. – Barangay Tandang Sora and Bahay Toro
Meanwhile, areas affected by Manila Water’s service interruptions are as follows:
Antipolo / Taytay, Rizal
August 17 to 18 – 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. – Portions of Barangay San Isidro, San Jose, Dolores, Beverly, San Luis and Inarawan
August 18 to 19 – 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. – Portions of Barangay San Roque, San Jose
Taguig
August 18 to 19 – 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. – Barangay Rizal
August 18 to 19 – 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. – Western Bicutan
Pasig
August 19 to 20 – 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. – Barangays Sumilang, Bambang, Malinao
August 20 to 21 – 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. – Barangay Manggahan and La Paz
Quezon City
August 19 to 20 – 10 p.m. to 4 a.m – Blue Ridge B, UP Campus B
