MANILA, Philippines – The impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte enters the 12th day, with the House prosecution panel continues its presentation of evidence under Article I, which centers on the alleged misuse of confidential funds.

Former Commission on Audit–Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO) auditor Roderick Wamil is set to return to the witness stand as the prosecution proceeds with its direct examination on the Office of the Vice President’s (OVP) confidential funds for 2023, as well as the confidential funds released to the Department of Education (DepEd) during Duterte’s tenure as education secretary. /dp
