MANILA, Philippines — All documents related to Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial are now publicly accessible through the Senate website, Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian confirmed on Sunday.

An impeachment tab has been added to the Senate website, with four sections—prosecution, defense, court issuances, and journal—where records, manifestations, and documents submitted during the proceedings are uploaded by the Senate Secretariat, which serves as the impeachment clerk of court.

“We will ensure that all documents and evidence are visible to the public because they have been uploaded to the Senate website,” Gatchalian said in Filipino.
