Thunderstorm, rainfall alert up over NCR, parts of Luzon Tuesday evening

MANILA, Philippines — Moderate to heavy rains with lightning and strong winds are expected in parts of Metro Manila and Luzon for the next two hours on Tuesday evening, the state weather bureau said.
In its 8 p.m. thunderstorm advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the following areas will experience the said weather conditions:
