Police said Sumaylo and the girl were found in the house of  his relative last Wednesday afternoon in Mandaue City.

Sumaylo said the girl, a  high school student, voluntarily went with him. He said he even advised the girl to  go home.

Senior Supt. Jose Pante, chief of CIDG-7, said Sumaylo and the girl became friends when they agreed to  meet in person or “eyeball”  at a downtown mall in Cebu City.
