MANILA, Philippines – A 5.3-magnitude earthquake jolted Sarangani Thursday afternoon, state volcanologists said.
The tectonic quake was recorded at 4:14 p.m., 157 kilometers southeast of Sarangani, the Philippine Volcanology and Seismology said.
The quake had a depth of 87 kilometers, but with no reported intensities.
No immediate damages were reported so far, Phivolcs said.
